Key information
Playground Games has officially rescheduled the PlayStation 5 release of Forza Horizon 6. Originally slated for a 2026 launch, the title is now confirmed to debut on January 26th, 2027.
The updated release schedule aligns the PS5 version with the arrival of a new game expansion. Additionally, a Premium Edition will be available for purchase, granting players up to five days of early access prior to the January 26th date.
Forza Horizon 6 originally launched on Xbox and PC platforms on May 15th. The upcoming expansion is also scheduled to arrive on these platforms simultaneously in January.
This release follows the precedent set by the previous series entry, Forza Horizon 5, which Microsoft brought to Sony's console last year to positive reception.
