Key information

Rockstar Games has announced that Grand Theft Auto 6 will allow players to listen to radio stations and on-demand podcasts while on foot. This feature, a first for the series, utilizes headphones and earbuds connected to the smartphones of protagonists Jason and Lucia.

The game features a diverse selection of radio stations hosted by prominent real-world artists. Confirmed channels include Cocoteo FM with Bad Bunny and RaiNao, Back Country Radio featuring Lana Del Rey and Morgan Wallen, and AfroBank FM hosted by Burna Boy. Other stations include The Chamber 106.6 with Kerry King and Tom Araya, Flash FM featuring Robyn, and Dirty South Classics hosted by Trina and Trick Daddy.

The announcement arrives alongside reports of a new gameplay leak attributed to CyberLeek, which allegedly displays developer menus and dirt-biking footage. This follows previous legal actions taken by Take-Two Interactive against the leaker.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is currently scheduled for release on 19th November. Simultaneously, Rockstar Games is involved in an employment tribunal in Scotland regarding allegations of union busting.
