Dungeons and Dragons Online has launched Update 81.4, which brings back the seasonal Night Revels event. Players can participate in this event, which features new rewards and increased challenge level caps, until November 1st.
The update introduces cantrips as a new feature for specific classes. These are free Spell-Like Ability feats granted at level one, designed to provide new players with basic damage tools and spell point regeneration through the Spark of Magic feat.
Significant balance adjustments were implemented across the game, including modifications to enemy damage reduction and various enhancement trees. Two-handed weapon users gain a new feat called Lock In, while basic attacks and magic masteries have received broad improvements.
In addition to combat and class changes, the developers have fine-tuned the Reaper difficulty mode to adjust the overall challenge experience for the player base.
