Key information

The open-world game Atmosfar, developed by Apog, has officially scheduled its early access release for 29th October. Players are tasked with exploring an alien planet to uncover the fate of humanity's final outpost while navigating a world composed of floating islands.

Gameplay centers on two primary types of airships. The Wasp, a hovercar available in three variants, serves specific roles such as utility, cargo transport, or combat. For larger operations, players can utilize the Cloud Cruiser, a mobile airbase featuring landing pads, a hangar, and a lounge that supports up to three additional players in co-op mode.

The early access version will launch with two distinct regions. Developers anticipate the game will remain in this state for at least 9 months, though this duration may be extended to incorporate additional content based on player engagement.

Future updates planned during the early access period include the addition of a third region, a fourth Wasp variant, and expanded construction options for Cloud Cruisers. The developer, Apog, is also known for the management title Airport CEO.
