Krafton has announced its 2027 recruitment-linked internship program, aiming to hire over 100 entry-level professionals with AI capabilities. This initiative represents the company's largest-ever recruitment drive for new graduates.
The program seeks to cultivate 'AI Native' talent by integrating AI expertise into existing organizational structures. Following its declaration to become an 'AI First' company by the second half of 2025, Krafton intends to make this AI-focused recruitment an annual event.
Applicants across six fields, including AI research, tech, and game development, will undergo a process involving document screening, aptitude tests, and AI competency assessments. Krafton will utilize its proprietary 'Cofa-Probe' solution for these evaluations.
Applications are open from October 13 to 23. Finalists will be announced in January 2027, followed by a five-month internship starting in February. Performance during this period will determine eligibility for full-time conversion in July.
HR Head Han So-young stated that the company aims to combine the skills of AI Native juniors with existing professional expertise to pursue new business opportunities.
