Key information

Assemble Entertainment has announced that the two most recent entries in the Leisure Suit Larry franchise, Wet Dreams Don't Dry (2018) and Wet Dreams Dry Twice (2020), will be removed from Steam on October 23. This follows the removal of seven earlier titles in the series in May 2025.

Developed by CrazyBunch, these point-and-click adventures feature protagonist Larry Laffer navigating modern technology and dating apps in the 2018 title, followed by a tropical archipelago setting in the 2020 sequel. Both games were designed to mirror the style of the original Sierra On-Line entries.

While Assemble Entertainment stated that all good things must come to an end, they provided no specific reason for the delisting. Speculation from Phil Salvador of the Video Game History Foundation suggests potential licensing complications involving Electronic Arts, which previously held rights to the brand.

Although the games will no longer be available for purchase after October 23, users who already own them in their Steam library will retain access. To mark the departure, the titles are currently discounted by up to 95% across various platforms, though the publisher remains silent regarding the future of the franchise.
