Cursed Sheep, developed for the Stake and Stake USA online casino platforms, reportedly uses visuals that closely resemble the protagonist of Cult of the Lamb. Community notes attached to the promotional post claimed that the game directly plagiarized assets, suggesting that the characters were generated via AI to mimic the original title.
In response to the promotional material, the Cult of the Lamb team mocked the slot game as "slot slop" and explicitly mentioned the possibility of pursuing legal remedies. As of October 14, 2026, the original promotional post for Cursed Sheep appears to have been deleted.
Cult of the Lamb is an action-adventure game available on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, iOS, and Mac. The game combines cult management with roguelike combat, most recently expanding in January 2026 with the Woolhaven DLC.
