Key information

Developer Miklagard Studios has released its multiplayer title Double Dealers on Steam as of October 13. The game previously offered a demo from May 27 through September 28, which earned a very positive rating from Steam users.

Designed for three to six players, the game centers on auction mechanics where participants use in-game chat to bluff and negotiate. Each round features one seller who chooses an item to auction from three options, while viewing the item's true value and two hidden clauses.

Buyers must assess whether items are valuable or contain disadvantageous clauses based on limited information. After all players have acted as sellers, the market phase allows participants to sell acquired items for profit. Players can strategically hold items to earn bonuses by matching their era, or use money to purchase cards that provide advantages or hinder opponents.

The experience also incorporates various minigames and scenarios, including boxing, arm wrestling, and blindfolded gunfights, adding further layers to the competitive psychological gameplay.
