Key information
LEGO has officially revealed three upcoming Batman products scheduled for release on January 1. The lineup features two different Batmobile kits alongside a specialized wall art decoration inspired by classic comic illustrations.
The first vehicle offering is the Batman Returns Batmobile & Duck kit, which builds models from the 1991 film and unlocks the Golden Red Brick and a gold Batcave Prop within LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. The second vehicle set is the 317-piece Arkham Batman Batmobile featuring thick tires and a Batman minifigure, which also includes redemption codes for gold skins or vehicles.
The final item is LEGO DC Batman: The Joker Wall Art, which recreates Jock's 2011 Detective Comics #880 cover with bats that emerge from the frame and hidden details built beneath the surface. Reviewer Simon Cardy described the related video game as a lovingly made, hilarious take on Batman history that mixes film moments and deep comic book cuts.
All three items will be displayed at the DC Booth (#4365) during New York Comic-Con, running from October 8 to 11. Attendees who pre-order the Joker wall art on-site can receive an issue reprint featuring a brick-inspired cover, with artist Jock scheduled for a signing session on Thursday, October 8 at 11:00am ET.
