Key information

AbemaTV has announced the Chiikawa Christmas Market, a limited-time immersive event scheduled to take place from November 24 to December 25, 2026, at Toyosuna Park in Chiba, Japan. Spanning approximately 6,000 square meters, the event invites visitors to experience a festive world inspired by the popular manga series by Nagano.

The venue features a 6-meter-tall Christmas tree with synchronized light, sound, and visual performances. Attendees can explore various photo spots, including 3-meter-tall character balloons and a decorative carousel intended for viewing rather than riding. The market also offers 35 types of original themed food and drinks, alongside exclusive merchandise like Santa-themed plushies and customizable keychains.

Tickets are sold via a date-specific reservation system, with advance lottery applications running from October 15 to October 25. Adult tickets are priced at 2,500 yen on weekdays and 2,800 yen on weekends and holidays, while children aged 4 to 11 are charged 1,200 yen and 1,400 yen respectively. Admission is free for children under 4.

Ticket holders receive a pop-up Christmas card and one free spin on a giant gacha machine containing one of 16 random ornaments. While the event promises interactive games like candy ring toss and cookie weight challenges, official details regarding full product lineups and potential online sales remain subject to future announcements.
