Telltale Games has officially announced that The Wolf Among Us Remastered will launch on October 29, 2026. This updated version of the narrative adventure, which originally debuted between 2013 and 2014, brings the mystery of Fabletown to modern platforms.
The remaster features enhanced visuals, improved lighting, updated animations, and more detailed character models. Telltale has also introduced a Noir Mode, allowing players to toggle between the original aesthetic and a black-and-white presentation at any time.
While the original story remains untouched, the package includes over an hour of bonus content, such as developer commentary, cast interviews, and concept art. The game will be available on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2, with physical editions following later this holiday season.
This release serves as a precursor to The Wolf Among Us 2, which is currently scheduled for 2027. Following a difficult development cycle that included the studio's 2018 closure, the sequel is now confirmed to explore Bigby Wolf's psyche further.
