Flyway Games, a creative studio under Krafton, has officially announced the global release of its new action-adventure platformer, Waltz and Jam, scheduled for December 3.
The narrative follows a soul named Waltz who has lost their memories, accompanied by a spirit dog named Jam, as they explore the afterlife realm known as Downtown. This world is structured into seven chapters inspired by the seven deadly sins and features a vibrant, animation-style aesthetic.
Gameplay mechanics involve solving puzzles and engaging in combat by utilizing Waltz's toys alongside Jam's unique transformation abilities. Specifically, Jam can morph into objects like balls or trampolines to assist players in navigating the environment and fighting enemies.
Following a trailer reveal at The Triple-i Initiative showcase, the developer confirmed that the title will be available on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2 upon its release.
