Strollart has announced that its dwarf-themed extraction roguelike, Below The Stone, will exit early access with a full 1.0 release on November 17. The title has been in development for several years with community feedback shaping its progression.
The 1.0 update introduces the deepest third layer, nine new biomes, and powerful bosses. Players will also gain access to new armor sets, quests, and a magic crafter NPC to assist in creating a new tier of magical weapons and equipment.
Gameplay involves preparing gear in the dwarf kingdom before descending into procedurally generated caves to retrieve treasures. The game features 27 biomes across three layers, offering diverse combat builds and systems to rebuild the kingdom.
Lead developer Mike stated that the 1.0 version addresses many player requests and confirmed ongoing support post-launch. The game is available on PC, though it does not support the Korean language.
