Blizzard Entertainment has announced that its team-based shooter Overwatch will feature a collaboration with the popular Korean intellectual property Solo Leveling.
Through this partnership, various Overwatch heroes will transform into prominent figures from the source material. Genji adopts the appearance of protagonist Sung Jinwoo, while Lifeweaver takes inspiration from Choi Jong-in. Additional planned skins include Cha Hae-in, Igris as Reaper, and Iron as Reinhardt.
The collaboration reinterprets iconic traits from each franchise to match the distinct personalities of the heroes. Fans are particularly anticipating how the signature figures and visual directing will translate into the game.
