The Weekly VTuber File feature introduces virtual creators through ten specific questions. This installment focuses on Ruriha Tochimiya, who belongs to Universe Production and participates in the local VTuber unit Torch’s.

As an official Shimotsuke Shimbun local VTuber for Tochigi Prefecture, her background story involves being a blue bird that transformed into a human after getting struck by lightning while sampling Tochigi strawberries. She now works as a happiness delivery VTuber.

Her content ranges widely across genres, featuring difficult masocore games and adventure titles alongside chats with viewers. She also highlights regional topics, shares food culture such as strawberries and gyoza, and performs cover songs like Kyu-Kurarin.

Past career highlights include appearances at real-world events, a live performance at the Tochigi Strawberry Festival, and collaborations with Nakagawa Aquarium and Tochigi's hometown tax program. Looking forward, she aims to become an official Tochigi Future Ambassador.
