On October 13, developer TECOPARK issued a public advisory via X, requesting that players refrain from purchasing the action-puzzle game PICO PARK for the Nintendo Switch 2.
The developer reports receiving numerous user complaints stating that the game becomes unplayable during online sessions. Specifically, players encounter a white screen when attempting to progress through WORLD 1-2.
TECOPARK clarified that no recent updates have been made to the game itself. The team is currently investigating the issue, including the possibility that recent Nintendo Switch 2 system updates may be causing the technical failure.
To mitigate further issues, the studio is working on identifying the root cause and developing a fix. They are also exploring the possibility of temporarily suspending digital distribution for the platform while the investigation continues.
