Publisher Secret Mode and developer Fuse Games have officially released the run-based racing adventure game Star Wars: Galactic Racer on October 6, 2026. The title is available for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, alongside a newly published launch trailer.
Set in the Outer Rim, the narrative takes place after the events of Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, during an era when the Galactic Empire has fallen and the New Republic is attempting to rebuild the galaxy. Players step into the role of Shade, a racer seeking revenge and glory by entering the unofficial Galactic League tournament.
Competitors utilize repulsor anti-gravity technology to pilot four distinct types of vehicles: landspeeders, speeder bikes, podracers, and skimspeeders. Across each planet, racers complete four events featuring multiple branching paths with up to three route choices, allowing players to experience different races and uncover varied story details on repeated playthroughs.
