The television anime adaptation of Mikami En's novel series, 'Biblia Koshodou no Jiken Techou', has released its official promotional video and announced additional voice cast members today on the 3rd. The anime is currently scheduled to begin broadcasting in April 2027.
The narrative centers on the 'Bunmeria Antiquarian Bookshop', a quiet used bookstore located in a corner of Kamakura. The shop is managed by a young, beautiful woman who is quite shy, yet possesses an immense passion and deep knowledge of old books. As visitors arrive with antiquarian books carrying personal histories, the owner solves the hidden mysteries and sentiments within them with sharp insight and gentleness.
Alongside the new promotional video, the official team revealed additional voice actors. Osonai Reo will voice Shinokawa Fumika, Takagi Wataru will voice Shida, Azakami Youhei will portray Kasai Kikuzai, and Kamijo Saeko will voice Kosuge Nao. The series remains scheduled for an April 2027 premiere.
