Japanese independent developer Caprio Lab has released the idle loot RPG Abyss Crawler for iPhone. The title is currently available on the App Store as a free-to-play experience featuring optional in-app purchases.

The core gameplay loop involves automated combat where players focus on managing equipment, skill trees, and pet companions to increase their power. Each session lasts between 30 seconds and 2 minutes. Notably, character leveling does not improve base stats, meaning progression relies entirely on gear and skill tree configurations.

The game features a shared skill tree for 11 classes, containing 449 nodes with 110 class-specific branches. Players can reset skills at any time and save up to three distinct loadouts. To streamline inventory management, an automated system decomposes unwanted items into materials used for strengthening or rerolling gear. The game includes 67 types of affixes and 16 unique items.

Players can monitor their DPS and effective HP through real-time displays that clarify how specific affixes and skill effects influence calculations. Beyond the main campaign, which spans three parts and 30 chapters, users can challenge an endless dungeon. This mode allows players to select trials and rewards, with progress tracked via Game Center leaderboards.
