IID will begin selling Steam activation codes bundled with physical bromides through its Gemmyde service starting October 15. This initiative allows players to obtain physical collectibles for digital titles that lack standard retail releases.
The service features Game Source Entertainment titles Ratatan, priced at 3,900 yen, and THANKS, LIGHT., priced at 2,600 yen. Each purchase includes a 2L-sized bromide, which users can print at multi-copy machines located in Lawson or FamilyMart convenience stores using a code issued after payment.
Ratatan is a rhythm roguelike action game supporting up to four-player cooperative multiplayer, featuring battles with over 100 characters. Meanwhile, THANKS, LIGHT. is a first-person puzzle adventure from Lightersgames that tasks players with manipulating light and shadow to create platforms and paths, emphasizing trial-and-error gameplay.
THANKS, LIGHT. has garnered international recognition, including an award at the INDIECRAFT event and selection for the Tokyo Game Show 2025 Selected Indie 80. These titles are now available for purchase through the Gemmyde platform.
