Developer DEADBODY Games has officially announced that their upcoming survival horror title, 500 Finger Fillet, is scheduled for release on November 12. Alongside this announcement, the team has made a new playable demo available to the public starting today.
The game places players in a precarious position, trapped in a chair where they must stab their own hand 500 times within a 20-minute window to escape. Participants can choose from various implements like forks, pencils, or knives. Successfully stabbing oneself earns currency, which can be spent on items and rings to improve survival odds, though players risk losing fingers, excessive blood loss, or fainting from pain.
A newly released trailer highlights the intense gameplay mechanics. The updated demo introduces significant content additions, including five new knives, two rings, and eleven upgrades. Furthermore, the developers have implemented a new ending while refining the overall visual presentation and user experience.
