The Jeonnam Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency announced that developer Mandum has signed a publishing agreement with Ganitani to bring the 3D top-down roguelike Clearing Blade to the Nintendo Switch. This partnership aims to expand the title beyond its original PC platform.
Clearing Blade is an action-oriented hack-and-slash game developed with support from the Jeonnam Global Game Center in 2023. Players navigate battlefields to rescue captured allies, who then join the fight to assist in combat and character progression against increasingly powerful enemies.
The deal was finalized following meetings at PlayX4. A representative from Ganitani stated that they proposed the publishing agreement after recognizing the game's quality and potential, pledging full support for the upcoming Nintendo Switch release to provide new experiences for console players.
Lee In-yong, head of the Jeonnam Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency, praised the project as a successful example of regional development. The agency continues to provide marketing and exhibition support to help local developers navigate market entry and strengthen their industry presence.
