Developer Galactic Ghosty and publisher Iceberg Interactive have officially released the point-and-click adventure game Allogloom. The title became available on October 13 across digital storefronts including Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG.
Players assume the role of Nora, who investigates the disappearance of residents in the village of Gruesome Grove. The narrative unfolds across eight chapters, tasking players with uncovering the truth behind the monsters responsible for these vanishings and revealing the town's long-buried, eerie history.
The gameplay centers on solving puzzles that are deeply integrated with local legends and interactions with eccentric inhabitants. Players must combine items and negotiate with various characters, including mutated monsters and gluttonous moths, while navigating a world rendered in a hand-drawn, Art Nouveau-inspired aesthetic.
The experience features a narrative filled with dark humor and unexpected twists. To enhance immersion, the game incorporates an original soundtrack composed by Kim Miller, supporting the exploration of this strange yet cozy fairy-tale environment.
