Ubisoft has announced that Massive Entertainment is now serving as the global label for several key series, including Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, and an original World War fantasy MOBA titled March of Giants.
Development teams located in Sweden, Toronto, Paris, and Montréal will now operate under the Massive Entertainment brand to shape the future of these franchises and grow their communities.
Regarding specific titles, Ubisoft confirmed that the previously announced Splinter Cell remake has not been cancelled despite Ubisoft Toronto recently reducing its team by 40 people, and a new Ghost Recon was confirmed last July.
March of Giants is a 4v4 MOBA featuring a dieselpunk setting where players command thousands of computer-controlled creeps, and a Steam page is currently accepting applications for playtests.
