The update includes six new vehicles, the Sportsland Sugo circuit, additional events, and new Scapes locations. To commemorate 30 years of the franchise, Sony announced the Gran Turismo Limited Edition DualSense wireless controller. The design features motorsport-inspired graphics, racing stripes, and a carbon-fibre-style front plate. According to Polyphony Digital CEO Kazunori Yamauchi, the controller serves as a tribute to the series' history and the community's ongoing passion.

The controller is priced at $84.99 USD, €84.99, or £74.99. Pre-orders open on October 22 at 10:00am local time via PlayStation and participating retailers, with a global launch scheduled for December 10. The Spec IV update is available now, requiring an internet connection for installation.
