Brazilian developer Behold Studios, known for titles like Knights of Pen & Paper, has officially released its latest project, Deep Dish Dungeon. The game became available to subscribers of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on Tuesday, August 13.
The title functions as a cooperative dungeon exploration game where players navigate ruins to collect resources. Director Saulo Camarotti describes the experience as focusing on survival and understanding an ancient environment rather than traditional combat, leveling, or killing mechanics.
Players can venture through the game's corridors and rooms solo or alongside up to two friends. Gameplay involves crafting tools and preparing meals to strengthen characters for the journey, which centers on uncovering mysteries hidden within the shadows.
Camarotti expressed that securing a spot on the service is a privilege for a Brazilian developer. The game is currently accessible exclusively on Xbox Series X|S consoles, in addition to its availability on PC platforms.
