Developer ZA/UM, known for Disco Elysium, has announced that the spy RPG ZERO PARADES: Director's Cut will launch on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 on November 3, 2026. This follows the initial PC release of the base game on May 21, 2026, and the subsequent digital delivery of the Director's Cut on October 1.
The Director's Cut expands upon the original experience with the new Quisach Roundabout episode, additional text, and a Backstage Mode for exploring cut content. Players also gain access to new character outfits, expanded NPC interactions, and quality-of-life improvements such as inventory sorting and controller remapping.
During the Galaxies Gaming Showcase Autumn 2026, ZA/UM highlighted platform-specific features. The Nintendo Switch 2 version supports touchscreen controls, Joy-Con 2 mouse input, and HD Rumble 2. Meanwhile, the PS5 version utilizes DualSense features like haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, alongside support for 4K resolution and 3D audio.
The game centers on Herschel Wilk, a legendary spy rebuilding a shattered network. Gameplay emphasizes narrative, where failures are integrated into the story, forcing players to improvise. On Steam, the title currently holds a Very Positive rating, with over 3,100 user reviews reflecting an 83 percent approval rate.
