The Umamusume: Pretty Derby 7th Event: The Stage in Los Angeles faces potential cancellation as Cygames reports that necessary US entry visas for performers remain unapproved. Originally scheduled for October 22-23, 2026, at the Peacock Theater, the event's status is currently uncertain.
Cygames stated they have been pursuing these visa applications for over six months. The company issued an official apology regarding the delay and confirmed that a final decision on whether the concerts will proceed as planned is expected at 10pm PT on October 19, 2026, or 1pm ET on October 20, 2026.
Unlike recent complications involving Wuthering Waves, where a performer was replaced, Cygames noted that finding substitutes for the Umamusume voice actors and singers is not feasible. This limitation complicates potential contingency planning for the upcoming California performances.
The Umamusume: Pretty Derby franchise, which is playable on PC, Android, and iOS, originally announced these performances in late July 2026. Fans await the upcoming update to determine if the event will move forward at the designated venue.
