As of October 21, developer Noranuko has released a demo for the horror medical simulation game Magical Girl Emergency Surgery on Steam. The full version of the title is currently scheduled for an official release on October 27.

In this game, players act as managers of a temporary emergency hospital tasked with treating magical girls injured during kaiju disasters. The core gameplay involves deciding whether to accept or reject incoming patients based on their condition.

Patients present with various issues including physical trauma, internal organ damage, toxic reactions, mental instability, and magical contamination. Players must analyze diagnostic results, conversations, and documents to select appropriate treatments. Because hospital beds and player stamina are limited, users must make difficult choices regarding who to save and who to turn away, ultimately leading to 11 different story endings.

The game also features an unsettling atmosphere conveyed through horror elements, newspaper articles, and interactions with suspicious visitors from reconstruction organizations or religious groups.
