In the game Star Wars: Galactic Racer, the character Biddy Blas has emerged as a breakout star. Described as a hotshot racer with a massive ego, the character is noted for a distinct voice that resembles a nightmare-fueled TIE Fighter.
The voice behind Biddy Blas is Richard Summers-Calvert, an actor and indie UK wrestler known in the ring as Charles Crowley. Summers-Calvert has performed in various promotions, including a recent appearance in Ring of Honor.
To capture the character's personality, Summers-Calvert auditioned by raising his pitch to portray a small, overcompensating man on edge. The role proved challenging, particularly when the actor was required to deliver lines in the fictional language of Huttese.
Summers-Calvert expressed surprise at the character's rapid rise in popularity, noting that he has received numerous messages and online attention. The character has since become a subject of memes and was even referenced by the Pittsburgh Steelers.
