Developer Cygnus Cross announced that the action RPG Emberville will enter early access on October 27. The game is set within Vitromortus, a vast underground world designed as a magical dungeon, where players control an amnesiac protagonist tasked with rebuilding the ruined city of Emberville while battling dangerous entities.
Gameplay features include a class-based combat system, city reconstruction, crafting, and building mechanics. Players must explore the underground realm to rescue former residents, who provide information and rewards to help uncover the secrets hidden within the environment.
The developer plans to release an update within one month of the early access launch, which will introduce a new boss for the first biome. These additions aim to expand upon the initial content available to players during the early access period.
A demo version is currently available on Steam for those interested in the title. Progress made in this demo can be carried over to the full early access version upon its release.
