The free Zenith update for Saros is now live on PlayStation 5, introducing significant content additions aimed at increasing replayability. The update includes a new game plus mode titled Eclipse Layers, alongside a boss-rush mode known as Overlord Rush.
Overlord Rush challenges players by grouping bosses in sets of up to three, culminating in the Totality stage which features every boss in the game. Additionally, the update introduces six new trophies for players to earn.
To improve accessibility during demanding combat, players can now adjust projectile speed and enable an automatic firing feature that triggers when a weapon is aimed at an enemy. Manual reloading remains a requirement despite these new settings.
Developer Housemarque stated that the update's primary goals are to enhance replayability for existing players and make the overall experience more accessible. The Zenith update is currently available for all PS5 users.
