Santa Cruz released a new series of skateboard blind bags on Oct. 17, featuring artwork inspired by the Pokémon Trading Card Game. These products include 30 distinct deck designs, ranging from classic base-set Charizard cards to modern favorites like the Evolving Skies Moonbreon.
The collection features unique artistic interpretations that extend beyond the original card designs to reflect the elemental nature of each creature. Additionally, the series includes three rare golden foil chase variants, with a limited global production run of only 500 units each.
While the boards retail for $139.99, high demand from fans and scalpers has driven resale prices significantly higher. Common designs currently list for approximately $250, while popular starter or Eeveelution decks reach $1,500. Rare chase boards are seeing listings between $5,000 and $9,000 on secondary marketplaces.
Retail availability remains extremely limited, with most local shops sold out. While fans can monitor the official Santa Cruz website for restock notifications, potential future drops via The Pokémon Center are expected to face intense competition from automated bot programs and high traffic.
