Developer Pigeons at Play and publisher Devolver Digital have officially transitioned Mycopunk to version 1.0. The cooperative shooter, which tasks players with clearing a moon of dangerous fungal threats, is now available on PC and, for the first time, PlayStation 5.
The game features a grid-based upgrade system allowing players to customize futuristic weaponry. Squad members must coordinate their unique abilities and modified gear to combat enemies that can scavenge debris to increase their own size and strength.
This 1.0 update introduces significant new content, including additional maps, modes, grenades, and firearms. Players also gain access to a new character and cosmetic hats, alongside the H.U.B., an orbital dropship serving as a social space between missions.
Mycopunk is priced at $14.99, though a limited-time promotion offers a 50% discount. PlayStation 5 users can also access the title through PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscriptions.
