NEXON has officially launched pre-registration for server selection and character naming for the upcoming MMORPG Overgeared, developed by GRAYGAMES. This title is based on the popular web novel series that achieved top rankings on Wuxiaworld and significant engagement on Piccoma.
The game features a unique dimension-based system where each server represents a distinct world. Players can travel between these dimensions to engage in specific activities such as mining resources or challenging powerful bosses that appear exclusively in certain locations.
Starting October 21, users can reserve names across seven servers, including those named after characters like Kraugel, Jishuka, and Rin. Each character name is unique across all servers and can only be registered once. NEXON is also hosting commemorative events, including a crafting challenge for special gear and a secret auction for rare character names.
Overgeared will support cross-platform play between PC and mobile devices. The game is scheduled for release within the year in regions including South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.
