Key information

The meteorite Pokemon Minior is arriving in Pokemon Go starting October 19. Unlike standard creatures, this monster does not spawn randomly in the wild, requiring players to engage with the game during specific celestial events.

Encounters are tied to real-world meteor showers. On these designated evenings, Minior appears on the map between 5 PM and 11:59 PM local time. Players can improve their capture success by utilizing items like Razz Berries during the encounter.

The schedule includes the Orionids on October 19, Leonids on November 14, and Geminids on December 11. Additional appearances are set for the Eta Aquariids on May 3, Southern Delta Aquariids on July 28, and Perseids on August 10.

According to the official Pokemon Go website, different Minior core colors will debut during each event. Players must participate in every scheduled shower to collect the various color variants, with specific colors debuting in either the Northern or Southern Hemisphere.
