The MOBA game Honor of Kings launched its anniversary celebration on October 21, 2020, introducing a new tank and support hero named Aegis. Players can obtain Aegis for free if they participated in pre-event activities, or purchase the hero for 13,888 Stella or 588 vouchers, with a 50 percent discount available during the first week.
Aegis functions as a defensive support hero capable of transforming into a shield to protect allies and reduce incoming damage. This mechanic is designed to help teammates sustain their presence in battle.
The anniversary event includes a collaboration featuring the Yingxian Wooden Pagoda, the world's oldest and tallest wooden structure. Players can collect and synthesize cake picks daily to earn points, which are redeemable for the Aegis collaboration skin titled Eternal Pagoda starting October 29, 2020.
Additional festivities include login rewards, a farm management event starting October 30, 2020, and the return of the LIMBO event. Honor of Kings is currently available for play on iOS and Android platforms.
