Rockstar Games has officially unveiled the launch trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6. The 90-second video provides a detailed look at the protagonists, Jason and Lucia, ahead of the game's scheduled release on November 19, 2026.
The narrative follows the duo as they become entangled in a criminal conspiracy within the state of Leonida, which includes the iconic Vice City. This title represents Rockstar's first major single-player release since 2018's Red Dead Redemption 2.
The trailer features original music composed by the French electronic duo Justice. Their track, "Flower in a Hurricane," which features contributions from Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, will be included on the official soundtrack album.
Grand Theft Auto 6 is confirmed for release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Rockstar noted that the trailer footage was captured entirely on a PlayStation 5, though the developer did not specify if a standard model or a Pro version was utilized.
