Key information

Sony is set to remove several titles from the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium game catalogs next month. Subscribers will lose access to these specific games starting on November 17, though this change does not affect titles that users own or are otherwise entitled to.

The list of departing games includes major Rockstar titles such as GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2. Other games scheduled for removal include Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom, Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break, Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair, Rapala Fishing Pro Series, Yet Another Zombie Defense HD, and The Talos Principle 2.

These games will become unplayable after the November 17 deadline, even if they are already downloaded to a user's console. To continue playing these titles after their removal from the service, users must purchase them individually.

The removal of the Rockstar titles occurs two days before the launch of GTA 6. While these games are leaving, PlayStation has recently added other titles to the service, such as Horizon Forbidden West and Mafia: The Old Country.
