Key information
During the Fallout Day Celebrations 2026, held from October 19 to 23, 2026, Bethesda announced updates for both Fallout Shelter and Fallout 4. Fallout Shelter is currently offering daily login rewards and store discounts to mark the occasion.
As part of the World Pets Initiative, Fallout Shelter will introduce Baby Deathclaws as companions for Vault dwellers in late 2026. These creatures, typically known as the most dangerous beings on the surface, will join the game as part of a broader effort to highlight animal companions across the franchise.
Fallout 4 is receiving three new Creations, which are community or professional content pieces available via the in-game store. Kinggath Creations' FEVer Dreams, available now, features an escape-room style experience where players navigate hallucinations caused by an FEV variant. It features voice acting from Courtenay Taylor and Brian T. Delaney. Additionally, Command Override by Hobgoblin Studios, launching October 21, allows players to hack and control robots to explore a new RobCo Headquarters. Finally, Fathomless by Zone Zero Creations is a cosmic horror adventure set on the Atlantic Ocean floor, scheduled for release in 2027.
