Bethesda has launched a surprise new adventure for Fallout 4 titled FEVer Dreams, featuring the return of original voice actors Courtenay Taylor and Brian T. Delaney. This project is presented by Bethesda Game Studios and developed in partnership with the modding group @kinggathcreates.
The campaign shifts away from traditional wasteland exploration, focusing instead on an escape room-style dungeon filled with puzzles. Players start the experience trapped and poisoned by the Forced Evolutionary Virus, navigating a lore-heavy environment that includes new gear, weapons, and characters.
Gameplay involves navigating a facility containing Deathclaws and mini nukes while experiencing a narrative that plays with perception. Players must choose one protagonist, though the other spouse remains present through dialogue. The story introduces difficult moral dilemmas, such as a ghoul forcing a choice regarding a limited supply of a potential cure.
FEVer Dreams is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC via the Bethesda Creation platform. To begin the quest, players must locate a Gutsy robot situated within the Diamond City market area.
