EA Sports has officially confirmed the revival of the Fight Night boxing franchise. This classic series, which had been dormant since 2011, is returning following the company's successful reintroduction of its college football titles.
The franchise originally debuted in 2004 and achieved significant popularity with entries such as Fight Night Round 3 and Fight Night Round 4. The most recent release, Fight Night Champion, arrived approximately 15 years ago and served as the final installment before the series went on hiatus.
While the developer has confirmed the project, specific details regarding gameplay mechanics or development progress remain undisclosed. The company has officially stated that the upcoming title will be branded as EA Sports Fight Night.
The announcement was shared via social media with a message directed at fans who remained loyal to the series. No further information regarding release windows or platforms has been provided at this time.
