Tru Blu Games has officially unveiled Don Bradman Cricket Jr, a new cartoon-styled title. The game is confirmed for release on Steam, the PlayStation Store, the Xbox Store, and the Nintendo eShop. While the publisher announced the title on October 14, 2026, there is currently no specific release date available for any platform.

The title features an arcade-focused approach, offering quick matches, tournaments, and various challenges. Players can engage in two-player split-screen sessions or watch AI-versus-AI matches. The game includes 20 generic international teams, though IGN reports that no other official player or team licenses are included in the package.

Mechanically, the game provides separate difficulty settings for batting and bowling, with Tru Blu noting that shot outcomes will vary during play. Users can utilize save-and-resume functionality and adjust custom match settings. Completing the Bradman Challenge Round unlocks Sir Donald Bradman as a captain and provides access to a unique minigame involving a golf ball and a water tank.

This release marks a return to arcade-style cricket, drawing comparisons to Big Bash Boom, which was released by Big Ant Studios in 2018. Since that time, Big Ant has shifted its primary focus toward its simulation-style Cricket series, according to reporting from IGN on October 18, 2026.
