Arc System Works officially announced the establishment of a new development hub named ARC SYSTEM WORKS TOKYO STUDIO TAKUMI. Located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, this facility aims to bolster the company's overall development capabilities.
The studio is specifically tasked with the development of a brand-new fighting game. This project was selected for the IP360 project, a subsidy program managed by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Beyond its primary role in game creation, the studio is intended to function as a collaborative hub for outreach. The company is currently recruiting initial staff members to help build this new creative environment.
The studio is scheduled to open on November 2, 2026, at the Urban Center Shinjuku in Shinjuku 2-chome. This expansion serves as a strategic move to transcend existing development frameworks and engage global players.
