Key information
Cygames has officially cancelled the "Uma Musume Pretty Derby 7th EVENT WORLD TOUR “THE STAGE” in LOS ANGELES" concert. The event was originally scheduled to take place in Los Angeles on October 22 and 23, 2026.
The organizers had been working with local attorneys and promoters for over six months to secure the necessary travel visas. Despite these efforts, the required documentation was not approved, leading to the difficult decision to abandon the performance.
The company expressed deep apologies to fans for the last-minute announcement and the resulting inconvenience. They acknowledged that despite exploring every possible avenue to proceed, the lack of visas made the event impossible to hold.
Refunds will be provided for all tickets, including those for live viewing, streaming, and official tour packages. The organizers are also currently reviewing specific support measures for fans who had planned to attend the event in person.
