Nexus Mods creator charlotte27k has released two new modifications for Cyberpunk 2077 that aim to bring a more grounded, Rockstar Games-style experience to Night City. These additions introduce functional systems that alter vehicle management and the user interface to mirror elements found in titles like GTA.
The Fuel System mod implements individual fuel tanks for all vehicles, where consumption rates fluctuate based on driving intensity. Players must manage their supply, as engines stall when empty. Refueling and repairs are available at gas stations across the city and Badlands, with costs ranging from 2.5 eddies per litre in the City Center to 4.5 in Dogtown.
A separate HUD modification updates the game's interface to include a wide, borderless minimap and GPS navigation. Additionally, it adds a wanted system featuring stars in the top-right corner, which include animations that trigger when the NCPD loses sight of the player.
These mods provide players with new ways to interact with Night City, joining a vast library of existing community content. While the game already supports thousands of modifications, these specific tools offer a fresh perspective for those looking to adjust their gameplay experience.
