The short horror visual novel Dreamy Sakura’s Graduation Ceremony, developed by game circle Aa-uo Uguzu Pegin and published by Sano Gumi, is scheduled for release on Steam on October 22, 2026. The title will be available for 550 yen including tax.
The game centers on a graduation ceremony involving three friends: Sakura, Shion, and Hina. Players control Sakura and choose which friend to speak with first, with the order of conversation revealing different perspectives on their relationships. However, the game repeatedly returns to the title screen after conversations, and subsequent playthroughs reveal unsettling changes that transform the peaceful ceremony into a nightmare as the friends' smiles fade.
This Steam release expands upon the free browser version published on unityroom on August 27, 2026. New content includes additional scenes, extra stills, a post-clear bonus episode, and short stories. Scenario writer Peginn noted that the bonus episode clarifies details left ambiguous in the browser version. Furthermore, the Steam version introduces achievements, a jukebox feature, UI enhancements, and full controller support.
The game is compatible with Windows and SteamOS via Steam Deck. Ahead of the launch, the developer has scheduled public demonstrations at Tokyo Game Dungeon 14 on October 31, 2026, and SHIBUYA GAME CROSS on November 3, 2026, with additional events planned in the Kansai region throughout November.
