Gran Turismo 7 is expanding with the first part of the free Spec IV update, launching on October 15 at 8:00. To commemorate the upcoming 30th anniversary of the franchise, Sony has unveiled a Limited Edition Gran Turismo DualSense controller featuring motorsport-inspired graphics.
The update introduces six new vehicles, including the Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo and Ferrari F355 Berlinetta ’94. Players also gain access to six new events, the Experience mode, Scapes scenarios, enhanced car viewing features, and the Sportsland Sugo circuit.
The commemorative controller is priced at 84.99 euros. Pre-orders open on October 22 at 10:00 local time via the PlayStation Store and participating retailers, with a scheduled release date of December 10.
Polyphony Digital plans to release the second part of the Spec IV update in December. This future content will feature another six vehicles, a Family mode, random vehicle races, online drift trials, improved AI, and the return of the classic Autumn Ring circuit.
