ENSAPIA Tokyo announced on October 14, 2026, that the online RPG Chocotto Land and its mobile counterpart, Chocotto Land SP, will terminate service on March 29, 2027.
Originally launched in February 2007, the PC version of the game has operated for nearly two decades. The smartphone version followed later, with the iOS release in March 2012 and the Android version in October 2013.
The developer cited the aging of the game's underlying systems as the primary reason for the closure. Although the team explored various alternatives, including system replacements, the internal structure had become too complex over the years to make such updates feasible.
Consequently, the company concluded that continued operation was no longer possible. Players are encouraged to review the official website for details regarding the final schedule and refund procedures.
