Burgee Media has offered a preview of the Bard class arriving in the Verses of Adventure update for the single-player MMORPG simulator Erenshor. This content is scheduled for release sometime in December.
The Bard class utilizes songs composed of notes and chords. Notes are designed to impact single targets, whereas chords provide effects for groups of allies or enemies.
New mechanics include harmony and dissonance, which adjust the offensive or defensive strength of songs. Additionally, Charisma influences how long songs are remembered, while a Resonance system allows players to perform a free solo note or chord.
To manage these abilities, the user interface features a medley menu for assembling musical sequences. Players can also utilize a one-touch play option that functions similarly to a macro system with a graphical interface.
